Here is everything you need to have a poolside lunch-time barbecue for fifteen of your friends. The menu consists of steak sandwiches, plus fruits, vegetables, and some vegetarian. NOTHING IN GLASS CONTAINERS!

- squirt bottle (helps when barbecue flames up)

- cutting board (one for meat and one for veggies/fruit)
- matches, fluid, charcoal, propane, both types of grills
- plastic bowls (to store the prepped veggies, fruit, and marinated meat)
- ice
- hand broom and dust pan (for emergency)
- electric fry pan with extension cord (for warming - keep safe)
- extra table if necessary
- large cooler (~100 quart)
- table cloth and tape
- mosquito repellant wipes

- frisbee, basketball, horseshoes
Food:
- veggie burger variety from Trader Joe's (two boxes total)
- bread (four baguettes from Panera Bakery, cut into thirds and opened to use as buns)
- hamburger buns (Trader Joe's)
- salt and pepper
- boneless thin cut rib eye steaks (5 lbs, marinated in Italian salad dressing)
- lettuce (one large head)
- white onions (7.5 lbs., grilled, seriously, people love these)
- celery (one stock prep cut)
- carrots (2 lbs. prep cut)
- tomatoes (3 lbs. sliced)
- strawberries (4 bins, cut into large pieces)
- peaches (3 lbs.)
- ketchup and mustard
